Tell us about role at Bridgehead

Brittany: As Bridgehead’s marketing executive, my main responsibility is making sure everything is connected from client to channel partner including activities such as promotions, listing content, in-store point of sale, managing marketing budgets and much more. I also provide support to the sales team and ensure they have everything they need to do their jobs effectively and efficiently.

How would you describe your daily responsibilities?

Brittany: Of the things I love about working for Bridgehead is how varied the days, weeks and months are… I can go from marketing and promotional plans with a client and then the next day will be something totally different for another client. I love the variety and it definitely keeps things interesting.

Which aspects of our mission resonate with you the most?

Brittany: I would say being open, transparent and honest. I’m an honest person, I truly believe in everyone in the chain being aware of any given situation (good or bad). Setting realistic expectations and outcomes means we will never disappoint a client or channel partner.

You’ve been with us for over 9 years. How have you developed professionally during your time with Bridgehead?

Brittany: Since I’ve gained experience in several different areas of the business, I have a thorough understanding of how Bridgehead operates, which makes my job easier. Working with channel partners and retailers has provided me with knowledge and experience that I would not have otherwise acquired. Understanding that each partner is different and has their own unique set of requirements, and being able to convey this to the clients so that they can support and strengthen our relationship. The whole marketing process runs smoothly when we’re all aligned.

Professionally, what’s the most important thing you have learned?

Brittany: How to manage my own time and tasks and working with multiple clients and channel partners. It’s important for me to be able to chop and change quickly so I can work efficiently for our clients to deliver the rapid results we promise.
